Summit Terrace is a Senior Community located in Doniphan. We are a National Church Residences community that is dedicated to Senior housing/care across the country. We have served Seniors since our company was founded in 1961. We have rivers, wildlife and nature all around us here at Summit Terrace.
Summit Terrace is located in town, close to shopping, Dr.'s and RX. We have local transit to appointments or shopping. The property entrance is located on a dead end street,so there is little road traffic by the community.
Peaceful and quiet enjoyment is our goal here at Summit Terrace. We provide Maintenance should there be something that needs repaired and we take care of the yard work so you can relax and enjoy your day.
